At Cacao Ceremony, operated by LifeForce Liquids Corp, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our artisan cacao chocolates. We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible purchases. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.
To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in its original condition, unused or unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt, order confirmation email, or order number associated with the purchase.
To start a return, please email our customer support team at lifeforceliquids@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item arrives melted, damaged, or defective, contact us immediately at lifeforceliquids@gmail.com with a photo of the package and item. We will promptly issue a free replacement or a full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method via Stripe within 3 to 5 business days.
